Football and Cheer Registration

ATHLETE VERIFICATION OF AGE AND SIGNING OF GFL DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED. TO COMPLETE CERTIFICATION, YOU MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

Original birth certificate, picture ID, report cards and physicals are required at time of registration.
​
Payment plans are available for Football if you register on or before April 19th. The 1st payment of $150 is due at registration, $65 is due on April 30th,2026 & final payment of $60 is due on May 31st,2026 (uniforms will not be ordered until 1st payment is received).

Payment plans is available after May 31st, but for only 2 payment arrangement.
​ $150 is due at registration 30 days after the first payment, final payment of $125 is due.
DYFCA requires player helmets to be White for the new players.
​
Please note that late registrations may result in uniform delays, and your selected jersey number may not be available. ($50 late fee is applied on July 31st,2026

Note: Helmets are needed for 8 year old through 8th grade players. Helmets must be WHITE.

Cheer Registration Details
The registration cost for Lady Wildcats 2026 Football Cheerleading is $540 for new cheerleaders. Returning cheerleaders price is down below,
which includes everything needed for game day except cheer shoes. Please note that DYFCA has a no-refund policy.

costs: New $540 Returning: $380
A payment plan is available for NEW cheerleaders if you register on or before April 19th. The 1st and 2nd payments of $180 and final payment of $180 (uniforms will not be ordered until 1st payment is received). For RETURNING cheerleaders a payment plan of $126 for the 1st and 2nd payment and another $126 for final payment. May 16th would be the LAST DAY to sign up.
